I took this in the Hong Kong Zoo. There is a certain art to taking photos in Zoos. It is important to get close enough and a small depth of field in order to blur the background so it doesn’t appear that they are in a zoo environment. In this photograph, I was about a metre away from the Flamingo. There was a dark background, as it was in shadow, this gave the black background.
